Positions:
TAX SEASON INTERNSHIP
CMP is seeking motivated, personable individuals to help grow our firm. We provide a unique opportunity to discover public accounting by making a difference in team members’ lives and the clients we serve. Be a part of that difference. Our tax season internships start mid-January and end on the tax filing deadline. Typically, we will retain two interns following tax season throughout the year on an hourly basis.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Start date – mid-January
- End date – tax filing deadline in April
- Work a minimum of 25 hours a week (more if desired)
- Training and interaction with staff at ALL levels of the firm
- Communication and interaction with clients
- Preparation of individual, business, and trust tax returns
- Basic accounting knowledge

Administrative Support Assistant
CMP is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our team through necessary administrative tasks. This role plays an important behind-the-scenes part in keeping our firm running smoothly while supporting both staff and clients. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being a dependable resource, this could be a great fit.
Start Date – ASAP
End Date – End of April 2026
EXPECTATIONS:
- Full-time, hourly position
- Schedule coordinated with firm needs; may include a short Saturday shift
- Perform daily errands such as grocery pick-up, mail drop-off, and other local tasks
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, scanning, assembling client documents, and preparing mailings
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage office supplies and shared spaces
- Provide general support to administrative staff and accountants as needed
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong reliability and time management skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
