Bob’s seasoned leadership and passion serve as a steady anchor of the firm. Bob is a Cache Valley native and graduated from Utah State University and joined CMP as the Firm Administrator in 1998. Bob’s versatility has included oversight of many areas of the firm including, but not limited to, human resources, operations, firm reporting and analytics, accounting and team member mentoring and oversight.
Much of Bob’s positive impact on the firm can be attributed to his integrity, strong work ethic and deep commitment to cultivating strong relationships around him. Outside of professional commitments, Bob can be found spending time with his wife, Deanne, on the golf course, traveling and other active pursuits. Recently, they delightedly welcomed their 10th grandchild into their family.
